Please register below for a free trial class. After registration is received we can setup a time to answer any questions you might have about the program. Trial Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during regular class.         

Due to high demand please expect 1-2 weeks for trial class availability.  

Classes are held in our new location at 1075 S Euclid Ave, Studio B inside the YMCA.
